Say "hi" to our friends on Facebook

What happened to the Country Ramble last year? Hurricane Irene happened, forcing the cancellation of the race. Many of our participants donated their entry fees. THANK YOU!

We love our runners and walkers.

A Note to Parents, Guardians and Coaches

The Ramble Scrambles are for all children. Whether they run, walk or do both, getting to the finish line is the goal.

There are many ways to prepare for a race.  Download an article by Runners World contributor, Hal Higdon, about a program geared to keeping kids interested, while they learn to run better, longer, faster.
